To add more value to their Indian customers, the car manufacturing company Nissan has lined up the car models for upcoming launches. Future cars of Nissan include the X-Trail, Sunny 2021, Leaf, Terra.

Nissan Motor India is actually a wholly owned subsidiary of Nissan Motor, a Japanese based car manufacturing company. Nissan extended their landmark to India in 2005 and offers innovative and exciting products across hatchback, MUV, SUV, and Sedan segments across the country. The X-Trail was the first product to be launched by Nissan in India.

As of now, Nissan motors in India sells five products to Indian customers. Their models include Micra, Sunny, Kicks, Terrano, and the GT-R. Except for the GT-R model available with Nissan, other models are locally manufactured, whereas the GT-R model is a CBU.

Nissan motors also have an alliance with Renault and they have set up a production facility in Chennai. In a recent update, Nissan stated that they are going to involve their hands in introducing the Leaf EV in India.

During several private events, Nissan has showcased the car model to multiple customers. Across India, Nissan has a wide network of 309 dealerships. In this network, about 173 operate as service centers. The interesting fact about Nissan cars is, they have provided the facility known as Nissan Connect feature across all models to access a variety of functions via a factory-fitted telematics control unit.

This additional feature offered by Nissan adds an improvement in the ownership experience in terms of convenience, safety, and offering additional control to the buyers.
