Hyundai Venue

Hyundai Venue was launched in the Indian market back in May of 2019 and offered both petrol and diesel options. 

Engine and Transmission

Hyundai offers three engine options for its sub-4m SUV: two petrol and one diesel. The 1.2-litre petrol engine (83PS/114Nm) is coupled to a 5-speed manual transmission, while the 1.5-litre diesel engine (100PS/240Nm) is mated to a 6-speed manual transmission. However, neither of these engines has an automatic option. A 1-litre turbo-petrol engine with 120PS and 172Nm is also available, paired to either a 6-speed manual or a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission. This model also comes with an optional 6-speed iMT with a manual shifter (but no clutch pedal).

Exterior design

A split headlight design, projector headlamps with LED DRLs, projector fog lights, LED tail lights, 16-inch dual-tone alloy wheels, a shark fin antenna, roof rails, and silver skid plates are among the Hyundai Venue's exterior features.

Interior design & features

The Hyundai Venue has an electric sunroof, an eight-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, automatic climate control, a flat-bottom steering wheel, a height-adjustable driver seat, Hyundai BlueLink connectivity, wireless charging, cruise control, rear AC vents, and a sliding front armrest on the inside.

Safety

Up to six airbags, electronic stability control, and vehicle stability management are included in the SUV.

Rivals

The Renault Kiger, Nissan Magnite, Tata Nexon, Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza, Toyota Urban Cruiser, Kia Sonet, and Mahindra XUV300 are Hyundai Venue's competitors.
