Renault Kiger

On February 15, 2021, Renault India unveiled the Kiger in India. Six exterior colors are offered for the sub-four meter SUV.

Engine and Transmission
The new Renault Kiger comes with two engine options: a 1.0-litre NA petrol engine that generates 70 bhp and 96Nm of torque, and a 1.0-litre turbo-petrol engine that produces 97bhp and 160 Nm of torque. A five-speed manual transmission is standard, although an automatic transmission (AMT) and a continuously variable transmission (CVT) are available as options with the former and latter, respectively.

Exterior design
LED headlights, LED DRLs, 16-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels, muscular wheel arches and body cladding, silver roof rails, LED taillights, and an integrated spoiler are among the exterior features of the 2021 Renault Kiger.

Interior design
The Renault Kiger has an eight-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, wireless charging, automated climate control, driving modes, cruise control, a completely digital instrument cluster, ambient lighting, rear AC vents, and an air purifier on the inside. Four airbags, ABS with EBD, speed alert system, seat-belt reminders, and rear parking sensors are included in the model's safety features.

Safety
Up to four airbags, ABS with EBD, and rear parking sensors are included in the safety package.

Rivals
The Kia Sonet, Toyota Urban Cruiser, Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza, Hyundai Venue, Mahindra XUV300, Nissan Magnite, Citroen C3, and Tata Nexon are the Kiger's main competitors.
