On March 5, 2020, the Volkswagen Vento made its debut in India.

Engine and Specifications
The Volkswagen Vento is only available with a 1.0-litre three-cylinder TSI petrol engine that delivers 109 horsepower and 175 Nm of torque. This motor can be paired with either a six-speed manual transmission or a six-speed torque converter automatic transmission.

Exterior design
Full LED headlamps, fog lights, a reworked front bumper, a honey-comb pattern grille with a chrome strip, 10-spoke 16-inch alloy wheels, LED tail lights, a boot lid lip spoiler, a traditional antenna, a rear diffuser, and a chrome-tipped exhaust are among the Volkswagen Vento's exterior highlights.

Interior design
A dual-tone black and beige interior theme, a three-spoke, multi-function, flat-bottom steering wheel, a touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, automatic climate control, tilt and telescopic adjustable steering, and cruise control are all standard on the Volkswagen Vento.
Safety
Up to four airbags, ABS with EBD, and rear parking sensors are among the safety features available.
